1. Scope of This Policy
This refund policy applies to all services offered by ART Media Solutions, including but not limited to:

2. General Refund Terms
Because our services involve custom work, research, and development that require significant time and resources, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced, except in specific cases outlined below.
However, we do offer refunds in limited circumstances to ensure fairness and transparency.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
A client may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:
- a. Project Not Initiated
If the client has made an advance payment but the project has not yet started, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) may be issued upon request. - b. Delay in Project Commencement
If DigiPlaza Capital fails to start the project within the agreed-upon timeline and no acceptable alternative schedule is provided, the client may request a full refund. - c. Failure to Deliver Agreed Scope
If DigiPlaza Capital is unable to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in the signed proposal, contract, or statement of work (SOW), and cannot provide an acceptable alternative solution, a partial refund may be negotiated based on the work completed. - d. Technical Issues from Our Side
In the case of significant technical errors or issues directly caused by our team that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund may be considered.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
- Delays caused by the client’s lack of communication, required approvals, or content delivery.
- Change of mind after work has started or services have been rendered.
- Issues arising from third-party integrations, APIs, or tools beyond our control.
- Services involving consultation, strategy sessions, or code reviews that have already been provided.
5. Refund Request Process

- Your name and contact information
- Project details (invoice or contract number)
- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request within 5–10 business days and communicate the outcome via email.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Transaction or processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the total refund amount.
